Most of our patients will need a thorough consultation prior to the surgical procedure. This is necessary to fully inform you of the details of your treatment and recovery as well as the alternative treatments that may be appropriate to you. We typically schedule this evaluation appointment prior to the day of surgery. You may need to arrange for a driver to take you home after your procedure and arrange your schedule for adequate recovery. These things will be discussed in detail at the evaluation appointment. Minor procedures can often be done the same day if you wish. When scheduling, provide as much information as possible to our scheduling staff so they can best accommodate you. Emergencies will always be seen as soon as possible.

Office staff is available to assist you in scheduling appointments or with emergencies at the times listed below. Dr. Beaty is available to handle emergencies that may arise with patients of record over the phone at any time by calling the office and following the instructions given on the voice mail. Non-emergency messages left on the voice mail will be returned as soon as the staff returns to the office.

Regarding your scheduled appointment, we will reserve time specifically for you. We request the courtesy of 48-hour notification of any appointment changes. We endeavor to stay on time for all appointments, however emergencies do arise. When you arrive we will inform you of any expected delays. If you choose to wait, rest assured you will always receive the time you need and deserve with Dr. Beaty. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you the day you call.

Our office will make every effort to provide you with the finest oral and maxillofacial surgical care and the most convenient financial options. Although we request payment at your visit, we will prepare and send all necessary forms and x-rays to help you maximize your insurance benefits. Please bring all of your medical and dental insurance information with you to your appointment.
